Donald Ray Mason 1934 - 1960

This picture was taken in 1959, one year before he died.

He was a hospital Corpman 3rd Class. He was born on July 06, 1934 and died on July 11, 1960 at 11 am aboard the USS Chemung at Subic Bay in the Philippine Islands. He entered the service on October 11, 1954, one year after graduation.

This is my grandpa's older brother.
